Your use of any of the products (including but not limited to yoga
training material, books, courses, free resources, videos and any other
yoga instructional material) purchased or obtained free of charge from
International Yogalayam's website, or any other websites authorized to
act as agents on behalf of International Yogalayam is subject to the
following terms and conditions.
Legal age:
You must be 18 years of age or older in order to enroll in the 3 Weeks
of Yoga ecourse or to use any of the free resources supplied on
International Yogalayam's website. By accepting the following Terms and
Conditions, you are confirming that you meet this minimum age
requirement and are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth
within the remainder of this document.

Alterations
International Yogalayam reserves the right, at any time and without
prior notice, to alter, change or modify any of the content contained
within the any product offered or sold on this website, including but
not limited to the lessons (in part or in full) of the Yoga
Correspondence Course.
Applications for products and services
Prices and details of products and services (and any offers) posted
online are subject to change without notice. International Yogalayam
reserves the right to refuse sale of any products or services at its
sole discretion.
Your Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any
passwords supplied to you for the purpose of accessing and/or
downloading yoga resources or training material. You agree to
immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of this private
information or any other breach of security.
Commercial use
This website and the products offered for sale on it are for
non-commercial, personal use only.
In the event that you use any of the products or services purchased
through this website for commercial use, International Yogalayam shall
be entitled to charge you for such commercial use, according to
International Yogalayam’s discretion, and/or terminate further supply
of any undelivered products or services until a commercial agreement
has been established.

conditions which you have previously agreed to, every effort will be
made by International Yogalayam to inform you of these changes via the
personal contact information which you have supplied to International
Yogalayam at the time of purchase.
If there has been a change in your contact information and you have not
notified International Yogalayam of this change, then International
Yogalayam is not responsible should you not receive notification of
changes to these terms and conditions, and you are still bound by any
such changes. International Yogalayam recommends that you
print off and retain for your records a copy of these terms and
conditions.
Intellectual property rights
All Intellectual Property Rights in any information, content,
materials, data or processes contained in or pertaining to any product
offered or sold on this website including, but not limited to the
lessons (in part or in full) of the Yoga Correspondence Course belong
to International Yogalayam and are hereby reserved.
Jurisdiction and Law
International Yogalayam makes no representation that the information
and other materials contained within any of the products or services
purchased via this website will satisfy the laws of all
countries. Those who choose to purchase and use any of the
products or services offered for sale through this website do so at
their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws
if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
These terms and conditions and any terms and conditions relating to
products or services purchased via this website shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with International Law. Disputes
arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly
agreed, only be settled in a court of arbitration.
Termination and Refunds

to suspend or deny your access to all or any portion of the website
and/or to discontinue the supply of any undelivered products, in whole
or in part, sold to you through this website, at International
Yogalayam’s sole discretion.
If it is deemed that you have engaged in any activity which contravenes
any of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document, than
International Yogalayam is not liable to supply any refund of payments
already made by you, in part or in full, for any products or
services. If termination of supply was at International
Yogalayam’s behest, then a refund of payments already made by you for
the products and services concerned shall be given on a pro-rated
basis, determined at International Yogalayam’s discretion.
You agree that any termination of your access to this website may be
effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that
International Yogalayam may immediately deactivate or delete your
account and all related information and files in your account and bar
any further access to such files or the website. Further, you
agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any

International Yogalayam's website, or any other websites authorized to
act as agents on behalf of International Yogalayam.
