Benefits of Trikonasana
On the physical level, trikonasana
provides a great stretch to many of the
muscles of the body. This position stimulates circulation to the spine
and excites reflex nerve activity, benefiting the cranial
nerves associated
with the sensory organs of the head, especially the eyes.
It combats problems with the lungs and breathing, and also helps remedy
digestive disturbances such as constipation and indigestion.
